This was another outfit that my target market-aged daughter really wanted. She likes to put it on her birthday-celebrating dolls, but never really uses the tiara. I personally think the top is a bit short-waisted, although I get that the effect may be to show of the waistband of the skirt. But I also think a cotton t-shirt is too casual for such a fancy skirt, even with the sparklies on the front. I do like those sparklies, though! However, I do NOT like the way the neckline lays....or doesn't lay, as the case may be. One of the ruffles on the skirt is a bit hard to tame as well. The shoes are darling, if a bit delicate for child's play. They stay on moderately well after a couple years of play. The bracelet is a nice little extra. Rated B overall. Nice concept, poor execution, I think. Since it was also sold after retiring as a PWP (albeit without all the extras) it is slightly more adundant on the secondary market than most retired outfits....and IIRC it was on sale for quite a while, too. So keep that in mind when considering seller mark-up on this outfit.
