I split this set with a fellow board member because I only wanted the dragon outfit as I only have a Bitty Twin Boy. I only wanted the dragon outfit because my BTB is a mini me of my son and he has a hat just like the one this set came with.
The dragon outfit comes in two pieces - the body outfit and the hat. It is made from a green and blue polyester like material (which does seem thin). The dragon stripes on the full piece outfit are silk screen. The spikes in the hat have a stiff material in them so they stand out. The hat fits wonderfully. However I am disappointed with how the outfit fits on the body. There is no zippers or velcro, so you have to slide the outfit on the doll through the neck hole. The back is also low cut. I am guessing this is because the tail of the hat is longer but it looks funky. Plus it makes me cold because it is not covering his back at all. Since it is so low cut, I am having a harder time keeping the neck-strings in the outfit.
Overall I am happy with the outfit. I am glad I have it. However had I known the fit of the outfit I probably would have just tried to get the hat because that is the piece I really wanted. With that said I give the outfit a B.
