I have this, too. It came with the other items my stepsister gave me last year from her AG collection, including the Flower Trundle Bed. Mine did come with the flower pillow - my JLY doll Jessa won't sleep without it.
I thought the sheets were a little thin-seeming, but the piping was a nice touch. The pillow's soft and adorable. No wonder Jessa's so fond of it. The comforter is the big drawback - as mentioned, it is very stiff, even after at least five years in my sister's closet and a washing. Good thing I have the comforter and pillow my mother made my Samantha years ago.
