Felicity is one of three dolls my stepsister gave me when she went to college, and I believe she's the newest of the bunch. I'm guessing she's pre-Mattel. She has the plump body, soft vinyl, gorgeous auburn hair, and pretty muted green eyes. She also has the most face paint of my four dolls, which makes me wonder if she's from the transitional late 90s. She came with the Rose Garden Dress, heavy black buckled shoes, and the thick, woolen stockings...which alas, have rather big holes in the tops. She's wearing them now because I don't really have anything else for her, and her long dresses hide the holes anyway.
She was also in the best shape of the three dolls I got from my sister. Her hair is slightly dry on the ends, but otherwise thick and manageable. Her limbs are less floppy than the others and she can stand on her own just fine. Her face paint is all there and hasn't faded one bit.
