The wheels on my Molly bike turn all the way around. The rear tire has a tendency to slip and make it bump the rear fender which sometimes makes it so the tire doesn't turn smoothly. I jiggle the rubber tire, and it's then fine though.
ETA: So yeah I think it's a pretty typical problem/design flaw with Molly's bike. The rear tire doesn't stay straight and bumps into the other parts.
