B: This outfit never caught my eye until it reached the clearance page. It was then that I decided that it might be a nice addition to my son’s Bitty baby/twin wardrobe. At the $10 clearance price, you get quite a bit for your money. The set contains a crewneck sweater, pin-striped pants, a knit hat, faux-suede shoes, and an activity book. Sweater: The sweater is definitely one of the highlights of the set. It’s wintery, well made, and can work for either boys or girls. The sweater fits both the Bitty and 18” dolls quite nicely, though the sleeves are a bit long. However, I’d rather have them be a bit long than too short. Pants: I must have not read the description very well because I was surprised that the pants were knit and not a light weight denim. Therefore, the pants look a little more like something a baby would wear than a toddler/preschooler. That being said, they do have some mix-and-match potential. They fit the baby dolls quite well, but are a bit short on the 18”ers. Knit hat: The knit hat is the another highlight of the set. It’s well made, versatile, and stays on Bitty’s head quite nicely. It’s one of the few hats that I’m comfortable having Bitty wear when he/she leaves the house. Shoes: The shoes are the most disappointing part of the set. They are cheap looking and don’t look like something a toddler/preschooler would wear. I really wish that they would start putting soles on all Bitty twin shoes. Book: The Bitty Twins' Winter Fun Find-It! activity book is actually a fold-out seek-and-find. It doesn’t look like much, but my 3 year-old really enjoyed it.
