Sunday Best (retired)

This dress is beautiful! The fabric looks like period fabrics I've seen (though maybe not the color) and the lighter ribbon trim is a nice touch. The dress velcroes generously down the back and the dress is big enough to fit larger girls. The sleeves are gathered with elastic and I forsee that being a problem with the elastic wears out over time. The skirt is wide enough to fit Addy's crinoline. The hat is felt with ribbon and fake mauve colored flowers. The ribbon is a little short for tying in a bow. Overall, this is a beautiful dress and nicely made.
