Rebecca's meet outfit dress is a nice, reddish colour. It's not too thin or thick. The waist has an elastic, and it is trimmed with velvet. I can't get it to fit on Rebecca right. I looks strange all ways to me. 
Ah well, it's still a nice outfit.
The bloomers are cute and are my first old-fashioned pair of undies, so I can't say much.
The barrette doesn't seem so cheap to me. They must have improved it. It holds her hair just fine to me.
Ahh... The boots. I wish they were made of somewhat...firmer material, but it's just fine. I really like that the velcro doesn't snag the stockings.
The stockings are really cute and detailed.
Overall, I give this an A.
