This outfit is worn by Felicity in the book Felicity Saves the Day. It was released in 1992 as Felicity's Summer Gown & Lace Cap, and in 2005 it was combined with Felicity's Straw hat and Brocade Slippers; the new outfit was called Felicity's Summer Outfit. The Summer Outfit was retired in 2009.
