Birthday Outfit (Birthday Dress & Headband) (retired)

I give the dress a B. It's a pretty outfit, but the snaps are very difficult and annoying. One of them broke almost right away. The belt is also tricky. It's a nice looking dress, but I'm not the only person who has this story. It would be better if they improved the snaps.
