I love this outfit. Perfect for spring or Valentine's Day, but the shoes are extremely difficult to get on and one of the straps on mine broke. 
But nothing a little hot glue can't fix. The top is very easy and has lovely eyelet lace details. The skirt is fully lined on the inside and is simple to slip on. Not too tight and may (snugly) fit a PM. I love the lollipop on it. The purse is the perfect touch, but I don't remember getting hair clips with mine and I think I lost the scarf...Overall, A.
