Summer Outfit (Summer Riding Dress & Hat) (retired)

This outfit is adorable! I love the empire waist and the ruffles at the bottom. I don't have the hat, yet, since I bought the dress and vest from a HB member, but it looks cute, too. Looks good with the Horse Lovers hat, though.
