Released with Josefina's debut in September 1997; rebozo modified in 2007; retired in January 2024.
Wrap Josefina’s long, fringed shawl around her shoulders. It’s called a rebozo, and in 1824 girls wore one everywhere for added warmth or to protect their faces from the summer sun. Fasten the garnet pendant around her neck—it came all the way from Mexico City. Her leather pouch is the perfect place to tuck and embroidered hanky, a jola coin, and any primroses she might pick. But watch out for Florecita, the flower-gobbling goat!

$20 (price increase at some point and now is $24 in 2012)
A+
This set includes Josefina's rebozo, her garnet pendant, her leather pouch, and her hankie and coin.
I love Josefina's meet accessories. The little pouch is real leather, and fastens with a button that goes through a little loop of leather. It is a nice, smooth finished leather. The rebozo is beautiful, with lots of pretty colors woven in. I love the read, white, blue and yellow tassels. The garnet pendant is positively lovely.I have not tried it on her yet, but no doubt it will look gorgeous. The handkerchief has a lovely, single little flower stitched on the corner. The coin, like all AG coins, is a perfect little replica, with the word "copy" stamped on one side.
A+ for a great little set.
