Town Fair Outfit - 1997 Special Edition (RETIRED)

I agree about the windmill, it's beautiful to look at but has broken in two spots. It's still good enough for me because I bought it when it came out. The dress is gorgeous, and I've gotten so much use out of it that it's thin and faded in some spots. I don't mind because it's just evidence of how much use and playtime Felicity got out of it when I was younger!
