Laced Jacket & Petticoat (RETIRED)

I used to think that this outfit was too plain and boring, but thankfully I got over that. Lissie looks great in red.

What I Like:
-Like I said, Felicity just looks awesome in this. I think it really brings out her crazy neon green eyes.
-The skirt poofs out. I like that.

What I Didn't Like:
-The jacket is a little tight and hard to get on.
-Same with the mob cap. It's difficult to fit it just so on her head.
