Meet Outfit II (aka Traveling Gown) (RETIRED)

Okay, so when I first saw this outfit, I wasn't too crazy about it. But it's really not so bad. I still prefer Felicity's original meet outfit, though.

What I Liked:
-The choker. I dunno, I just think it's cute.
-It's a nice looking dress. The flower embroidery is pretty and the stripes look good.

What I Didn't Like:
-It's made of a weird material. I'm not sure what it is, but it's a bit cheap feeling. Same with the cap.
-Purple is not Felicity's best color.
