Spring Gown with Pinner Apron & Pompon (RETIRED)

I love this dress, any and all parts.

I like the color, it's not a traditional pink to me, and not really a salmon, but somewhere in between the two. I feel like there is an ever-so-slight orange-ish tint to it, which is nice.

I like the print of the apron. I also can usually get it to stay up without pins and it doesn't look awkward, when done right. (The first pic is without, I think.) But, then again, Lis is mostly display, and if for some reason she's not, like a photo story or adventure in Disney World, she gets the pins. Or doesn't wear the apron, because...


Unlike some other pink birthday/apron dresses, (Kirsten, Sam, I'm looking at you) I find this one to look very nice without the apron.

Just look at that gathering and delicately pointed waist. And these sleeves are only some of the awesome-est slim sleeves ever. Wonderful.

I also really love these socks. They're just so pretty and blue. Lis wears them with pratically everything else, partly because they're so easy to find in the sock/shoe/hair box (which may or may not be what she's standing on here.)

Grade: A! A few really awesome pieces and a great overall outfit.
