Summer Outfit (aka Summer Gown & Lace Cap) (RETIRED)

So far, this is my favorite outfit of Felicity's. The hat is great, the dress is lovely, and Lissie looks very pretty in it. Overall, it's just awesome. (Note: I don't have the slippers.)

What I Liked:
-The hat. It's not flimsy or cheap in the least.
-I thought the ribbon that ties around Felicity's waist would be very thin. It's not. It's thick and feels as nice as her hair ribbon.

What I Didn't Like:
-The dress is a little thin and looks a bit wrinkly.
-Felicity can't wear her shift with this because it sticks out too much. Well, of course she can, but it looks weird.
