Felicity’s work dress is probably my second favorite Felicity outfit. It reminds me of dresses I’ve seen in late 18th portraits. The set comes with a striped dress, an apron, handkerchief and a mob cap.
The dress is a brown, light green and beige striped. It is so nice and simple. Also, I think the colors look great on Lissie. Unlike some of the newer Felicity dresses, Felicity doesn’t have to worry about her stockings showing with this outfit. One downside of this outfit is that it wrinkles easily.
I like the ‘extras’ that come with this dress almost as much as the dress itself. The apron has a tiny design that does not subtract from the rest of the outfit. The mob cap and handkerchief are solid white. The handkerchief does bunch funny, so I leave it untied.The pieces not only look nice with Felicity’s work outfit, they also work well with her original meet dress, birthday dress, town fair dress, and new tea dress.
