This outfit is worn by Felicity in the book Meet Felicity and in the DVD Felicity: An American Girl Adventure. It was introduced in 1998 and retired in 2003.
PC description: Felicity borrowed Ben's breeches from the mending pile and wore them to run to her secret morning visits with Penny. Her black breeches, trimmed with a set of shiny gold buttons, fasten below the knee and on the front flap. The matching black three-cornered hat is edged with a smart berry-colored ribbon.
