This outfit is worn by Addy in the book Changes for Addy. Released in 1995, retired in 2005.

Dotted in white and trimmed in eyelet, Addy’s deep red dress is topped with a grand sash of blue and white grosgrain ribbon. The decorative rosette frames a tiny portrait of Abraham Lincoln. I give this an A. Very cute. Could work for Kirsten too.
