Patriotic Party Dress (retired)

Addy's Patriotic Party Dress is a very nice dress. It's kind of plain and simple but the little lace trim makes it nicer. The sash is made from Grosgrain ribbon and formed into a rosette. The scroll is on "parchment" paper and ties with a little green ribbon. This set could easily be duplicated. I used resume paper and typed the excerpt from Addy's original scroll to make one for a board member. B+
