I really like this outfit. Not my favorite of Samantha's, but still a nice dress. I purchased this outfit off eBay since I don't have Samantha, and it didn't come with the ribbon or the shoes, so I guess I can't complain about those like everyone else gets to. 
So I'd give this dress an A.
