This accessory was sold as part of Samantha's collection between 1998 and 2008. It was also included as part of Addy's collection before and after these years. You can read additional reviews HERE.
I have the retired wooden version of Samantha's ice cream freezer. It's made from REAL antique looking wood and real metal. The current version is made from cheap wood or plastic and is a strange caramel color.
The ice cream freezer is one of THE best accessories. It is a small replica of one authentic to Addy's time (not Samantha's). It actually makes a small tablespoon of ice cream and come with a recipe booklet. This item is NOT for play. There are many tiny parts that can easily be lost and it is very fragile. I'd consider buying the newer one to actually use.
