Samantha's Stereoscope was originally sold as part of her Travel Accessories, from 2002 to 2004, reviewed HERE. After that set retired, the Stereoscope was released as a separate item until retirement in 2008.
Slide one of the four photo cards into the slot in the stereoscope and your Samantha doll can look at photos of famous places like the Brooklyn Bridge and the Statue of Liberty.
I received this for Christmas and am very impressed with the detail. I'm an antiques dealer so I've seen lots of these and this looks EXACTLY like a real one. Of course you can't move the slide to adjust the focus but you couldn't really look through it anyway because our eyes are too far apart. I'd give Samantha's stereoscope and view cards an A++.
