This aside to Nellie's spring tea party outfit is one of her best outfits. It is definatly nice for a victorian girlthe plaid during that time period is questionable however. The bow for me is impossible to put in her hair. So I bought a red ribbon at a craft store to put in her hair and it looks much better. Overall I give it an A.
