Released as Kit's Glassware & Linens in 2001. Modified slightly in 2007. Cake was added in 2011 and name changed to Kit's Party Set (after retirement of Party Treats). Knives and napkins removed in 2015 and name changed to Kit's Birthday Set. Retired in 2016.
Early description: Set a festive table for Kit’s special day. Start with a printed linen tablecloth and two napkins. A bright bouquet in a ceramic vase makes a perfect centerpiece. Surround it with two plates, sherbet cups with make-believe sherbet, knives, forks, and spoons, then pour two glasses from a pitcher of pretend punch! QBAC $58

This set includes Kit's linen tablecloth, two linen napkins,a bouquet of flowers, a ceramic vase, pink glass pitcher,two pink glass plates, two glasses, two sherbet cups with make-believe sherbet, knives, forks, and spoons.
Kit's glassware is absolutely beautiful! It is perfectly scaled to the dolls and has terrific detail. The glassware is nice and thick it should be stury enough for play.It is a lovely shade of pink that resembles pink lemonaide. There are two pretend servings of sherbert that fit perfectly in the little sherbert cups.
Kit's tablecloth and napkins are crisp white with a very pretty little floral print.
The silverware is nice and heavy. It is a reproduction of Oneida's "Lady Hamilton" flatware.
The floral bouquet has a pretty assortment of colorful flowers. They look so pretty in the little honey-mustard colored vase.
I give this set an A+
