Mini Molly was originally released in 1995 with a cloth body, wigged hair, and glass eyes. Around 2000, Mini Molly was revised to have rooted hair and painted eyes. Both cloth body versions are reviewed in this thread. The cloth body Mini Molly retired in 2016, when an all vinyl body Mini Molly (reviewed as "Mini Molly II") was released under the BeForever branding.
Each six-inch mini doll comes with a tiny version of the first book in her series.

If you like Molly but you don't want to commit to the real deal, this Mini doll is a fantastic replication. They even got her tiny little sweater right!
Just a few things to watch out for:
-Her shoes won't stay on very well.
-Glasses? Easy to lose? Check. I wish I had a pair of miniature doll glasses for her.
-Her little braids curl! I think it's adorable, but the real Molly doesn't have this, so I could see where some people get perturbed.
