Meet Outfit

I have most of this outfit still, after 11 years, I'm just missing the "collar", socks, and ribbons. The only problem I've ever had wiht this outfit it the velcro on the skirt, it is hard to put together, and once it's together it is hard to keep it that way. I could fix it myself wiht some more velcro, but she doesn't wear it very often, so I haven't bothered. She's more into modern clothes.
