Playdate Outfits (2004-2006)

I love this outfit. I agree that it looks old for the original BTs (particularly for the girl) but it's great for the revised BTs who are a little older. This is the kind of outfit girls wear to preschool (and, if they haven't outgrown it, continue to wear into elementary school). I love the floral tights with the girl outfit. The colors have a lot of little kid appeal-- nice and bright and cheery. The skirt has nice details-- decorative pleating on the left front and a pocket with a flap (the boy pants have the same pocket detail). Lots of nice details without being over-done. There are also a lot of mix and match possibilities with these pieces. I give it an A

It does look fabulous on the older dolls.
