(because of fabric)
Though I do love the coloring and dress itself, I find it's style to be a bit too grown up for a toddler. The embroidered design on the dress gets pulled by the velcro and the back of our dress looks terrible. Shoes go on and off easily because of the velcro back strap. We have lost the hair tie.
