I received Chocolate Chip last week and he IS hard bodied like the other JLY pets as noted in his description on AG.com. His tail & ears are soft and flexible, but the rest of him is pelt-covered, molded plastic just like Coconut, Licorice and the rest of the AG Best Friends.
We love him though.

We clipped off the stitches holding Chocolate Chip's ears down to his head so now he has more expressiveness.
