Grade B
Drool over it, crave it, love it, and buy it. Especially while it is one sale!
It's pretty super cute and can be broken up to mix and match. At $10 bucks it is a great one to set in the closet to give away as a special treat.
B grade is because the shorts were tight and I HATE it when they design something and make the tag show on the side. It is lazy and stupid.
