This dress is really pretty. I agree that's pretty and sweet and feminine but not too girly. The bertha collar really makes it look special, but the simple look without the collar is also lovely. I love it with or without the collar, and the pink and white party shoes complete the look. It also looks really cute with the rosebud circlet from the birthday outfit. 
The only flaw would be that the material is really thin. My Sam doesn't have lacy whites, but she does have a slip and it's pretty see through without it.
