Pet Show Outfit + Charm (2010-2012)

I give this outfit a B+. The dress and shoes are pretty, but the headband ripped when I tried adjusting it. Now I just don't use the headband. I still recommend the outfit because it's cute and I like the colors and pattern. I especially like it on Erin, my #35.
