This has to be one of my favorite outfits AG has made. Well, the blazer has to be my favorite piece AG has made. I received this outfit for Christmas, and I was very pleased, especially after I removed the embroidery from the pants. On to the review... The blazer: Like other members, I agree that this set needed to come with a shirt, especially when you consider that rather steep price ($28) for a set like this. My dolls will not be wearing this without a tank. I high recommend using the white lace tank from the 2007 Sweetheart Skirt Set with the blazer. It looks fantastic. Unlike other members, I don't think the blazer is too tight. It's form-fitting, which I don't mind, but I have no troubles buttoning it. It is a nice red color, which looks great on most dolls. Grade: AThe béret: a bright purple béret with a pink flower embroidered on it. Cute and good for mix and match if you're a hat person, but it just looks awful with this set. Grade: AThe clogs: cute brown clogs with pink flower embroidery. Sturdy and good for mix and match. Grade: AThe pants: the most awful part of the outfit. They fit nice, but the embroidery is just tacky, plus it inhibits mix and match potential. There is nothing wrong with a nice, plain pair of pants. Fortunately, I removed the embroidery, but the places where the flowers were look worn. It would have been easier to just make them plain. Grade: COverall grade: A-Since the pants are now sans embroidery, here are some photos of the blazer paired with other things:
