I bought this set for my 18" dolls to wear, so I have never tried it on a Bitty Baby.
The dress and beret are made out of a soft velour material. The dress fits the 18" dolls, but is a little bit short. With the matching tights, it looks okay though. The tights are nice, heavy tights and are plenty big enough. There is no way the pink ankle boots that come with this set will fit on the 18" dolls feet.
