I bought this outfit for my 18" dolls to wear, and have never tried it on the Bitty Babies.
The dress and hat are made out of a nice, soft velvety type fabric with fur trim. There are silver snowflakes on the dress.
The dress comes with white tights, and matching blue velvety shoes. Both the tights and the shoes fit perfectly on the 18" dolls.
The silver bell that comes with this set is very nice and rather heavy metal. I don't have that item in my photo though.
Very cute outfit, perfect for the holidays or as a Winter dress.
