I'm sorry I don't have this review for a Bitty Twin, but the outfit is really well made. The shirt is soft cotton and the skirt is also cotton but more of a denimish material. I don't have a bitty twin, but I give it an A+ for the 18" girls.
(Of course the sandals do not fit the big girls, so she is wearing Josefina's shoes in the picture.)
