Yep, that's my Sonali in a lengha choli
I did a ton of research to figure out what traditional clothing Sonali would actually wear. As she wouldn't have worn a sari, I decided to go with the lengha choli in stead of the salwar kameez just because I didn't want to make pants! My version is made out of silk and is hand beaded - it's one of my favorite doll outfits out of all the ones I've made.
