I have Cerebral Palsy so I was thrilled when this came out! I still have it, I am hoping to find a place for my JYL to sit in it in my room. I remember getting a new wheelchair after my doll got hers and I picked blue to match. 
It'd be awesome if AG added a character/doll who had a disability. Her books would be awesome!
