Tea Lesson Gown

I really like this dress too. The fabric is some sort of silk. It isn't very smooth and shiny but it looks very nice, and the color matches Elizabeth's eyes. If you want to use it as a school dress, remove the neckercheif (unlike Felicity's, it's a removable part). It looks much simpler, but more like a rich girl's dress than Felicity's school (not tea) dress. The lace, as Horsejumper said, is not really that fragile, but it is not for children under seven (unless they are unusually careful).
