Here's the two I bought on eBay and had the heads replaced. Here they are just home from the hospital:
The one in yellow is now Keesha, Aaryana's doll, and I kept the one in pink. I had her eyes swapped with hazel, but I couldn't bond with her and never gave her a proper name. She left for a new home about a week ago.
