I hosted Brooke's Traveling Cambria in December 2005, and she was a real cutie. She's definitely similar to my AGT 7, but I like her better because she's bangless and has freckles. And her hair is shorter with that cute flip to it. Oh, and those blonde highlights! 
She's definitely my childhood mini-me with blue eyes instead of hazel. Now if only AG would make a new doll like #23 but with #21's eyes!
