From the DC display at the end of September. I think this is one of those outfits that looks better if it's on a doll you love. I waffle on this one, personally. Originally I thought it was interesting and then the more I looked at it, the less I liked it. But I think Grammychris's photo makes it seem very cute.
So... I'm no help at all. ;p
