I bought this dress for Lucy's (Jess) welcome present. She has yet to release it from her firm dolly grasp.
Headband - Adorable A+
Shoes - Cute but bunched up. Great for mixing and matching. B+
Dress- Soft, colorful, and fits great! Only down side is the hem at the bottom of the dress the lace type stuff is flipped up in different directions. A-
