I have Se Ah modelling the coat. I like it a lot, and I think it functions well as a historical and modern piece. It fit well on my PM doll who is wearing a shirt and jumper underneath.
I did find the belt a bit of a pain, and I definitely can imagine younger girls having difficulty with it.
I would give it an A-.
