Hiking Outfit (1998-2003)

Includes:
Windbreaker, shirt, shorts, wool socks, hiking boots.
The Good: This outfit is GREAT. First, it's authentic. My dad was big on hiking so we went hiking a LOT as a kid. The shirt, shorts, shoes, and wool socks are all something I'm familiar with. The hiking boots are extremely detailed and accurate. Everything has great details, like the nylon belt for the shorts, and the classic REI pattern of the shirt. The colors are fun but not too "girly." The windbreaker is a great finishing touch, though when hiking for real you'd probably have something a little warmer than that.
The Bad:
Ok, unless you're an REI fan, chances are you're not in love with the pattern on the shirt. I'll admit, it is a little busy. Also, because the windbreaker doesn't zip all the way, it can be a pain to pull on and off.
