Holiday Dress (1998-2001)

I got this used from another member here, so it's not complete, but still beautiful.
The bodice of this dress is made of red velvet with red and gold trim. The back closes with velcro. The skirt consists of a red 'silk' underskirt covered with red tulle. The same red and gold trim trims the bottom of the skirt.
I don't have the ribbon belt, the hair bow, nor the gold tights that look surprisingly like Julie's Christmas tights.
The shoes are red patten leather with small ribbon bows on each toe. Very dressy.
