I agree that the skirt, at least, seems a little tight. However, this looks incredibly cute on Josefina. She doesn't want to change out of it.
She's wearing the tank from Nicki's tie-top outfit because I traded off the turtleneck.
Overall I'd say A, doesn't get an A+ because of the fit issue.
